We love this park mostly because of the location next to a fabulous beach. The park is spotlessly maintained, with loads of activities, and a great staff. The restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are top notch. The sites are all cement with nice patio areas. This is our second time during pre-winter season and it is one of our favorite places. We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely park on top of a mountain. We chose to stay here because the other choices in Huntsville did not appeal to us. It is not easy to get to and would not work for just overnight. We had a large pull through. We did not get to enjoy the views or the park itself because it rained the entire time we were here. We would return when visiting Huntsville again.

This park was fine for an overnight stay. It is not what we would call an RV resort. The spaces were level and the park was clean. The office clerk was very nice. It was convenient to the freeway with some traffic noise. It is not a destination park but we would stop overnight again if in the area.

This is a quiet, nicely maintained park right off Hwy. 75, with easy access. Nice laundry and shower facilities. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Camping World nearby. We would stay here again.

We were very disappointed in the Escapees Headquarters as it is basically a parking lot. The best part about staying here is the rate. We expected an RV resort. Most of the nicer park sites are for permanent residents. There are lots of amenities and activities but the park itself and the surrounding area are not very attractive. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in assisting to transfer residency to Texas. We would not return to this area if we did not have to.

This is a beautiful campground out in the peaceful countryside. The park is well maintained. Our site is level and spacious and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The only downside is that we felt the cost was high. We would definitely camp here again.

We stayed one night during the week in the fall season and the park was nearly empty. It is located in a beautiful setting and is very well maintained. It is a little difficult to find but there are signs posted to mark the way. We really enjoyed the country setting and serenity. We would stay here again.

This campground is in a beautiful setting next to a small river. There are a lot of activities for families with kids, same as a KOA. The spots are a little tight, and there is no good place to turn around if you miss your turn down your row. We loved the quiet atmosphere and we were even here on a weekend when it was pretty full. We would camp here again.

We stayed here overnight during the week. When we first arrived, there was hardly anyone here but by nightfall, the place was full. It is close to the freeway with easy access, but far enough so that there is no traffic noise. The park is well maintained, sites are spacious and level and there is free cable and Wi-Fi. We would stay here again but not for more than a day or two.

This park is well maintained and the spots are cement, level, landscaped with grass and trees, with good TV and internet. The park is located across the street from the casino on the Mississippi River. There is a free shuttle which is nice. There is lots to go see and do in Vicksburg. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This park is right off US171 with easy on/off access. Traffic noise however was slight and did not interfere with our sleep. The park is adequate for an overnight stay but is not a destination location. There are no showers available, just restrooms and laundry. The new owner was probably one of the nicest we have met in our travels. He is working on improving the park. We would stay here again overnight if in the area.

This is one of our favorite spots we have found to date. Each site has a spectacular view of water. The facilities are spotless. The owners go out of their way to make your stay the best possible. There is no Internet and cell phones are limited, but we loved it here and definitely would return.

This is a very nice, clean KOA with lots of family amenities. Our site is gravel and not level, but it is close enough to work. The most amazing part of the park is the laundry facility, which is huge. This time of year, the park is not particularly pretty. The national park next door was disappointing and not worth the trip to Harper's Ferry. We would probably not stay here again.

The best part of this park is the quiet location. We thought about staying in the Conway area and were glad we didn't, as that area is so commercialized and hectic. If you have kids, Conway would probably be more appealing. For us, we liked the serenity of Timberland. We were able to explore the White Mountains and northern New Hampshire easily and without congestion. The facilities are dated but spotlessly clean. We would camp here again.

Our rate was due to our membership discount. We stayed here one night. The park is getting ready to close for the winter. There are several permanents that look sleazy that take away from the appeal of the park. The location out in the country is very pretty. The showers were very clean and nice. We heard gunshots late at night. Do not think we would return.

This is a large campground, spotlessly maintained, with lots of activities for families. The only downside was it isn't a particularly pretty campground. Our site was level on gravel/rock. Office help wasn't particularly friendly and did not go out of their way to be of assistance because they were too busy. Wal-Mart is 15 mi. away in Lebanon. We would stay here again.

We made reservations here months in advance, hoping for a view of the water. We were disappointed after checking in because our site only had a view of the group camping in front of us. It took three trips to the office trying to get the clerk to let us have a different spot closer to the water. The park is ok but it is no way worth the price. The showers are spotless; the laundry is nice. Our spot had a nice view but it was on unlevel grass and mud. We would check out other campgrounds if we returned to the area.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. The view is spectacular. The park is small and peaceful. The sites are roomy and level and everything is well maintained. The showers are great. The laundry is small; only two machines. Staff was nice. We definitely would camp here again.

There really is nothing wrong with this park, but it wasn't one of our favorites. The park definitely caters to the big rigs. There were very few showers for this size park and they were older and cost money, although they were clean. The laundry was sufficient but a little expensive. A free newspaper is delivered to each site each weekday which is nice. The staff was ok. It was a good location from which to explore the surrounding areas. We would probably stay here again just because there is not much else in the area.

This park is large and in a quiet location. There are lots of activities for families with kids. Everything is clean and nice. We were given a spot in the open which is like a parking lot, although the space is big and level. We had to run the AC because we were in full sun and park rules state you must pay an additional fee if you run the AC. We had very limited Internet and no cable. The park itself was ok, but I would look at another if we returned to this area.

We chose this campground over the one in Lubec because it was rated higher but upon comparing the two, we moved to Lubec. This park has nice views. The office was not that friendly. Wi-Fi is available for $3 an hour or $30 per month. If we return to the area, we will stay in Lubec.

This park is located out in the country in a community named Hermon, a suburb of Bangor. It is well maintained and the spaces are level and spacious. The bathrooms are spotless. There are only two laundry machines but it is adequate. We enjoyed activities put on by the park and were able to tour the Bangor area easily from the park's location. We would camp here again.

This is by far our favorite campground to date. Because it is an adult park, it is very quiet and serene. The adjacent meadow is beautiful. The bathrooms are spotless. The laundry is efficient and reasonable. The sites were level and plenty roomy although some of the huge rigs were tight. We had excellent cable and Internet at our site. The owners go out of their way to make your stay perfect. We loved it here and would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice park, conveniently located to the beach, which you can access via the local trolley. We were told we got the last spot available, however, that was only on weekends. The rest of the time, the spot next to us was empty. The park is spotlessly clean and the showers and laundry are very nice, although the laundry is the most expensive we have paid ($2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry). While it lists itself as a resort, it does not have a resort feel and the spaces are very close together. We would probably check around for something more reasonable next time.

We camped here rather than out on Cape Cod. The park was surprisingly quiet. We were camped under trees in a grassy/muddy site. There are patio sites available for an additional fee. The showers were clean but dated. The park was hard to find due to construction in the area and no street sign. We would camp here again if in the area.

We were given a shady spot in the back of the camp in between permanent RVs that was very nice. The owners are working to make improvements to the roads and sites by putting in gravel and woodchips. The showers were clean but older. This park is OK for an overnight stay but we would not want to stay longer. The beaches close by were beautiful, but watch out for Sunday night traffic.

We wanted to find an out of the way destination for over the 4th of July holiday that would be pretty and the weather would be cooler. This KOA was the perfect pick. It is a very pretty campground and the owners go out of their way to be accommodating. Everything is neat and clean. We had a spot on the side next to a farm. The park was full but we were not cramped. We were able to explore most of Vermont from here too. We would definitely return. It is gorgeous here.

We really loved this campground and extended our stay to take advantage of the bus tour offered from the park into New York City, which was fabulous. The park is beautiful. The sites are spacious, private, perfect. There are lots of kid friendly activities. Lots of showers and laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the cost but we would camp here again.

This campground is in a beautiful setting on Otter Lake. You have to traverse a narrow, windy road for seven miles to reach the campground so it is not easily accessible for a one or two night stay. There are a lot of permanents here but they are all nicely maintained. We had good cable and WiFi in our spot on the lake. The only downside we feel is the high nightly rate. We enjoyed the indoor pool. We would return again for an extended stay only.

This park is in a pretty setting but we were very disappointed after staying here a week. They advertised tv and internet services, but we could not get either. The office just washed their hands of the problems and said there was nothing they could do about it. You have to pay for a shower and one of them was out of order. Also the hand dryer in the restroom did not work. The lake is not very pretty here, although it is pretty closer to town. The park was not full but we were assigned a spot in the dirt next to a large family. We requested that we be moved but there was no sewer there. We would rather put up with that than be next to a bunch of kids. We would not stay here again although there is not a lot of selection in Vermont. This is the only Good Sam Park we have ever disliked.

The best part about this park is the owners. They go out of their way to try to accommodate whatever you need to make your stay a good one. We wanted internet, so we moved from our assigned spot in the trees to the top, but we still were not able to get internet, which was disappointing. The park is pretty, easy to get to and close to everything in Cooperstown. We would camp here again.

We chose this park because of the low nightly rate. The other more popular park in Lake George would have cost double. There are new owners here. Most of the park is permanent residents although their homes are nice. Our site was shady and quiet. This park is centrally located for all activities in the Adirondacks. We would camp here again.

This was one of the most disappointing parks we have stayed in. 99% of the sites are privately owned with only about 20 "transient sites" available. They had just opened for the season on May 1, when we arrived. Most of the owners were there cleaning up their sites and mowing their yards, but the park basically looks like a trailer park. The showers were tacky with no adjustable controls and the water kept shutting off every 30 seconds or so. There is no Wi-Fi even though their ad says they have it. We would not camp here again. We feel it is extremely over rated and not worth the high nightly rate. The water front sites are on a canal and the nightly rate is $80 for them.

This is a beautiful park with spacious and level sites. However, there was a small site next to ours that when filled caused us to be cramped. The park is spotlessly clean, lush and lovely. We enjoyed touring Washington, DC, with bus and trains easily accessible from the park. Restrooms and laundry facilities were perfect. The staff were all informed and friendly. We would definitely camp here again.

This is a pretty campground. The sites are gravel, level and nicely spaced. It is close to the highway so the noise level is high during the day, but levels off at night. Cable TV is great but Wi-Fi was mostly OK, however, staff was respondent to issues. We loved the grass and trees and watching rabbits in the evening. We were close enough for a day trip to Philadelphia. We would stay here again.

We loved this park. It is located out in the country where the only sounds are the many birds singing. It is lush and lovely. The sites are spacious, gravel and level. Lush landscaping between the sites allows for privacy. We had good WiFi reception because we were in a site close to the office. We were able to rent a CD of the Gettysburg tour at the office which we very much enjoyed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely camp here again.

We chose this campground because it has beach access, which is great. The showers are a little older but were clean. The laundry facilities were nice. The staff were all excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. We loved the park but the island is isolated. We do not fish or sail or surf. We enjoyed a visit to Kitty Hawk but otherwise, just stayed in camp and enjoyed the beach. We would come here again. Our refrigerator died but thanks to Bill's RV Repairs, we were up and running in no time. Thanks to the park for the referral and thanks to Bill.

We had a waterfront site all by ourselves so had plenty of solitude. We did not have cable or Wi-Fi and it rained the two days we were here, so it wasn't the best time to visit. The showers were just OK, did not use the laundry. We would come back here again if we were ever back in the area.

This is definitely not a destination park, but was sufficient for an overnight stay. The owners were great. The park amenities are older but the showers were adequate. There are a lot of RVs permanently parked here that are used by fishermen who come to the area. The peaceful serenity of the park is it's greatest feature. We would stay here again but only overnight.

The best thing about this park is the location across the highway from the beach on one side and next to the river on the back side. All sites have privacy due to thick trees and brush. The sites are very large and level, but the roads are all sand. The facilities are outdated, the laundry machines are old, inefficient and expensive. The staff was friendly. There is cable available, but WiFi is only at the office. We would stay here again.

We stayed here because Jekyll Island was full and after comparing the two, we think we got the best place. The sites are very spacious and private. The park has lots of lush vegetation. The restroom facilites are a little dated, but clean. Internet access was slow but adequate. We enjoyed watching Cardinals and racoons. Park staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to tour the surrounding islands and area easily from this location. We would stay here again.

This is a pretty park but the sites are close together. The restroom and shower facilites are older but clean. Cable and Internet access are great. We were very disappointed to not be able to park for free and go to the ocean beach anywhere on the island. All beach access is either labeled private or you have to pay for hourly parking. You can walk to the river beach from the park about three blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This park is gorgeous and perfect. The landscaping is lush and manicured throughout. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are spotless. There are two pools and all the sites have cement patios. We were only able to access WiFi at the office, but that was a minor inconvenience. We have nothing negative to say about this park at all. We would definitely stay here again although Hilton Head itself was not our cup of tea. Most of the beach is private and everything is pricey. But if you like shopping and boating, it is ideal.

This is a huge park with spaces close to the beach. In fact, we could see the ocean from our site. The showers were clean but are old and the floor was always wet. The store and pool were not open but the indoor pool was. Cable was great and good WiFi was available for a fee. The best feature for us is the beach. We extended our stay to nearly three weeks total. At this time of the year, there is no one here basically. The sunrises were spectacular. We would definitely come back this time of year again.

This is a pretty park with lots of trees and grass. The site was very level and nicely spaced. While it is located close to the Interstate, the traffic noise is muted by the trees. The restrooms and showers are older but were spotlessly clean. The staff is very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by how pretty this park is. We stayed here several days and used it as a base to go sightseeing to Clinch State Park, Fernandina Beach, Okefenokee Swamp and St. Marys. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this park right on the beach. We paid a premium price to park on the beach, but for a short stay, it was worth it. The park was full of snowbirds who had been there several months. This would be a place we would like to stay longer but in one of the cheaper spaces. The park is secure, nicely landscaped, has lots of activities, and is very pretty. The sites on the beach are close together but you don't notice because everyone is so friendly and the view is spectacular. We would definitely come here again.

This park is located right in the middle of a large metropolis area; however, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The park has lots of huge trees and vegetation. It is very lush with grass at all the sites and it is quiet despite being close to a heavy traffic area. There are pull thru sites but it is tight with all the trees. We loved the atmosphere and feel of the park overall. The staff was very nice. We would stay here again.

This is a large park with lots of trees. Our site was level with a nice large cement patio. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and we were escorted to our site. It is located about 30 minutes from the beach areas. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two months this past winter. We had never been to Port Aransas before and fell in love with it. The weather was perfect and the park is located just over the dunes from a fabulous beach. The staff was wonderful and there are lots of planned daily activities. The park is mostly cement but it is pretty and the sites are all level with cement patios. Everything was spotless and we really loved it. We would definitely return to this park.
